Shaping the future of Healthcare with AI, Imaging, Devices & Diagnostics
The AICTE has launched the VAANI scheme with a vision to bridge the linguistic divide in technical education by promoting the use of Indian languages alongside English. This initiative seeks to make quality technical education more inclusive, accessible, and relatable to students across diverse linguistic backgrounds, thereby fostering a deeper understanding and engagement in core Engineering concepts. In alignment with this transformative vision, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, is proud to organize a Two-Day Bilingual Conference on Healthcare and MedTech, to be conducted in Tamil and English. This pioneering initiative aims to foster a culture of knowledge democratization, technological innovation, and regional inclusivity. The conference will serve as a dynamic platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students to engage in meaningful dialogues, share research insights, and showcase innovations in the field of Healthcare and Medical Technologies. It will spotlight the pivotal contributions of Electronics, Signal Processing, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Embedded Systems in revolutionizing healthcare delivery, diagnostics, patient monitoring, and personalized medicine. This initiative also resonates with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which emphasizes the use of regional languages in higher education to improve learning outcomes.
Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) (a unit of the Sri Venkateswara Educational and Health Trust) is one of Tamil Nadu's premier technical institutions. The college spans a sprawling 95-acre lush green campus and has architecturally designed buildings and state-of-the-art infrastructure.
